4-Hour Adjustment Window
You have up to 4 hours from the time of purchase to request:
Order cancellation
Changes to products, size, or color
Updates to recipient name or address
Add/edit gift messages

Include your Order Number and a clear description of your request
We will do our best to accommodate your request as quickly as possible.
After 4 Hours: Production Begins
Once the 4-hour window has passed, your order may already be in production—especially if it includes personalized or made-to-order items. At that stage:
Cancellations and edits are no longer guaranteed
We will do our best, but changes may not be possible
We appreciate your understanding, as our artisans begin crafting your jewelry shortly after confirmation to meet expected delivery times.
Address Edits
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us within 4 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee address changes due to courier processing.
