Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes – we allow cancellations and order modifications within 4 hours of purchase.
During this 4-hour window, you can:
Cancel your order
Modify product selection, size, or color
Update the recipient’s name or address
To make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or use our Contact Form. Don’t forget to include your Order Number in your message.
Note: After the 4-hour window, production and packing may begin—especially for personalized items. At that point, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
Can I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address within the same 4-hour window after placing the order. Please email us promptly at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address.
Once the order is processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot modify the address.
Important: Shinytwinkle is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days, as many of our items are handcrafted to order. Once your order ships, delivery times vary depending on your location:
USA: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (may vary by country)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! All Shinytwinkle orders are thoughtfully packaged and ready for gifting. Each piece comes in our signature jewelry box, perfect for special occasions. If you’re sending a gift, you can also add a custom message at checkout—we’ll include it on a beautifully printed card.
What is your return policy?
Because many of our items are made-to-order or personalized, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Note: Personalized or custom pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
